Dr. Steve and Co!
Miss you all, first off. I am sending this note to let you know I’m reading a book I thought you all might be interested in (if you haven’t already seen it!). The book is “Clean,” written by cardiologist Alejandro Junger. I’m excited to read this and excited to embark on the 21-day program that will hopefully jumpstart my lifestyle choices in a much desired direction. Junger offers a well-rounded and super reader-friendly informational book that touches on everything from our current “toxic” state to inflammation and the many things we can do to improve our overall state of health. Junger’s perspective seems to be in line with your philosophies and I wanted to pass the information along. Perhaps you will find it as enlightening as I did and will add it to your patient resources. Check it out!
Be well,
Wendy
