A 6 Month Old Can Teach You About Losing Weight
It is well understood that proper lifestyle choices lead to a healthier weight. However, as well known as this is, the challenges people have making successful changes are equally understood. This leads so many people to feel as if they haven’t tried hard enough…that they simply don’t have the “willpower” to get results.
But what about six-month-olds? Do they need to work harder at the gym? Or make better food choices? Clearly, there is more a larger story here.
There is more that needs to be changed about how our society functions. This will not change as a result of people trying to make a few better choices next week. Instead, this story is a reminder of how toxic our lifestyle has become, and how we need to make the right changes, the right way, to get real results.
